We promise to provide the gluten-free or health conscious consumer with delicious, artisanal gluten-free foods without the worry of cross-contamination. We are committed to customer satisfaction and can help even those with the most challenging of food intolerances. Each hand-chosen ingredient and taste-tested recipe is created using our exclusive gluten-free flour blends. We never prepare anything premixed or from a box.
We learned of gluten intolerances a decade ago when our daughter became seriously ill. During a doctor’s visit we glanced down at a medical article about eating gluten-free and when we asked, our doctor agreed to a trial diet. Our daughter’s condition rapidly improved. However, due to cross-contamination and poor labels, her health continued to suffer. Finally, we decided to develop our own recipes. Through these frustrating experiences, we realized the need for products that cater to those with food intolerances. If our family faced this problem, we couldn't be alone and after eating a dry, tasteless gluten-free cupcake from a popular bakery in Boston, we knew we could offer something more.
Are all your products gluten-free?
Yes. We are an exclusively gluten-free manufacturer and distributor.
Are you a nut-free facility?
Unfortunately, we are not a nut-free facility at this time.
What flours do you use?
We use a special mix blend that is unique for each product. If you are concerned about an allergen please contact us.
Is your food organic?
We use organic items wherever possible but at this time we cannot guarantee that each product is organic.
Do you use artificial colorings?
We use oil extracts for food flavoring. We do not use artificial food colorings or dyes.
